Author: Carol I was very excited to find this bed as it was primarily red and blue, which was what I was looking for. It was delivered today. There were some minor scratches and scuffs on it, but nothing I wasn't willing to overlook. I was most bothered by the fact that the product is not a 100% match to the listed picture. The real bed came with blue and yellow ends with red connector pieces to put it in bunkbed mode. Both mattress supports were red, as were the railings for the upper bed and the ladder. I'm a littler irritated about being mislead on the amount and location of the yellow.
The intergity of the product is decent. I wasn't blown away or anything. The welding is only on 2 sides of every pole connection, vs being all the way around. As an adult I wouldn't get on, but it's fine for my toddlers. For their weight it's plenty sturdy and just the right height. And they love it, which is what it really comes down to. It was a decent buy for the price. I might look for something different if I needed to buy another though.
